LBS History
Ever since William Hoskins began Lexington Building Supply in the late 1950's, providing quality products and service has been our goal.  Though having faced excellent competition over the years, LBS has continued to grow, serving many of the area's best and biggest builders.  The acquisition of an architectural hardware company in 1992 provided us the opportunity to broaden our level of service to our customers even more.
By 1993, under leadership of new president John Booher, LBS had outgrown its location on Industry Road, and moved up the street to 1077 Eastland Parkway.  This remains our present home, where we continue to serve the best builders in the area with quality products and the best service in Central Kentucky.
