Our Wood Sliding Patio Door is made to compliment our Wood Casement and Double-Hung Windows.  It's wood frame, double weatherstrip design, and choice of glazing options make it one of the most energy efficient patio doors available.  Now, with transoms, round tops, and elliptical tops, you won't find a wider choice anywhere.  And for those who desire the classic appearance of a swinging door with the space saving feature of a sliding door, you can now choose our French Sliding Patio Door.

FEATURES

1. Door Frame.   The unit is popularly sized to fit new or replacement size openings and is treated with water repellent preservative.  A factory-applied prime on the exterior surfaces is standard.  A neoprene gasket is installed between frame and sill member to eliminate air infiltration and water leakage.

    2.    Door Panels.   Wood panels have all clear face-laminated construction.  They slide smoothly              and effortlessly on two double stainless steel rollers with self-contained full adjustment up to              3/4 inch.

    3.    Glazing.  Insulating glass is available in clear or High-Performance.

    4.    Hardware.  The lock is tamper-proof and the strike is secured into the jamb with tee nuts              for maximum security.  The interior handle is walnut finish wood.

    5.    Sill.  Bronze aluminum sill is thermally-broken to minimize condensation and freezing.  Tough              stainless steel track will provide years  of carefree service.  Wood grain vinyl threshold is              beautiful and scuff-resistant.

    6.    Weatherstrip.  The operating panels are sealed with polypropylene weatherstrip inside and              out.  The bottom of the rolling panel is sealed with a dual durometer PVC extrusion.

    7.    Meeting Stile Weatherstrip.  Panel interlocks are formed in a structural design to pull              panels together and seal with an aluminum/vinyl combination.

    8.    Reversibility.  All sliding doors are shipped assembled and left or right-hand operation              must be specified.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

• Divided Lites.  Choose from grilles or internal muntins.
• Interior Extension Jambs.  Interior extension jambs are available in three standard widths: 5-1/4", 6-9/16", and 7-5/16".   Intermediate sizes are also available on request.
• Insect Screens.  Heavy-duty screens are fully adjustable with nylon rollers for easy operation.
• Hardware.  "Apogee" bright solid brass interior handle in a classic easy to grasp design for use on the French door only.
